The difference between a Lifestyle Program and Personal training is the nutrition coaching and workout programming outside of your 1:1 sessions. Personal training packages do not include nutrition coaching or body composition check-ins. Personal training packages are best suited for those who already have a good grasp on what it means to eat healthy or for clients who are transitioning from a Lifestyle Program. This is also a great cost effective option for 2-3 people to team up and do TANDEM or TRIAD personal training!

THIS IS THE PROGRAM FOR YOU! The focus is to teach you how to fuel your body through proper nutrition, exercise and small day to day habit changes that yield big results. Through out the duration of your lifestyle program you will meet with your trainer twice per week for one on one personal training sessions. Your trainer will also program workouts geared towards meeting your goals. To make sure that progress is being made, you will have body composition and progress photo check-ins bi weekly. The average Lifestyle Program lasts 8-16 weeks depending on your goals. All of your workouts, nutrition and progress will be tracked on our personalized app along the way!
