If you have been in the studio, chances are you have met Josh! He is a friendly face with a lot of encouragement for everyone in the studio trying to better themselves! He is down 80lbs and still working towards his goals! He even got his wife Kelsie on board. After a lot of coaxing she finally decided to step on stage where she took home first place!

Jordan Griffith:
As a very active student in high school and college, weight loss and working out weren't things I ever thought about much. If I needed to lose a little weight I would restrict my eating and crash diet and then go on with life as normal after my desired results were achieved. After I got married and began working full-time I realized my body was changing and I seemed to continue gaining weight. My same crash diets weren't working like they used to and I felt pretty awkward trying to work out at the gym. I didn't know what I was doing and it felt like I was punishing myself. I started struggling with anxiety and depression, I never had any energy, and I was in general just really dissatisfied with who I was becoming.
I started an 8-week jumpstart program at Altered Physique and after two sessions with Mica I was totally hooked. It was the hardest thing I had ever done (both mentally and physically) but also one of the most rewarding. The meal plans and work outs were completely customized to my needs and Mica worked to continue altering them whenever a change was needed. She really took an interest in my personal weight loss journey and made me feel supported and empowered. For the first time in my life I LOVED working out and I loved the lifestyle changes I was making. The meal plan was so easy to prepare for and follow and it didn't cost me any more on my regular grocery bill.

I genuinely learned what a balanced lifestyle looked like; I never felt deprived but for the first time I felt like I was in control of my body instead of my body being in control of me. Not only did I lose 40 pounds and drop three pant/dress sizes but I was able to stop taking my anxiety medications and I became the best wife, friend and employee I could be. I have now successfully maintained my results for 7 months and I will forever be thankful to Altered Physique!

We have him set up on a plan to loose some weight, increase mobility, increase upper body strength, and seriously improve his golf game! We love working with people over the age of 60 and can't stress enough the importance of staying active into your golden years! Lets go Ron!

Cody has been training with Christian at Altered Physique Fitness since we opened a few months ago. Some weeks Cody has been unable to come in due to his work schedule, but continued to follow his Jump Start Program on his own! The pictures say it all, but Cody has added 10 lbs of pure muscle mass with no added body fat in just a few short months! One thing you might not know about Cody is that he has type 2 diabetes and is looking to inspire people with diabetes to make a change in their lives and realize they can reach any goal they want to!
